Shipping
We have a policy of shipping within 3 to 7 business days. Kindly note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Should there be any delay associated with you order, you will be notified within 48 hours after placing your order. We charge a flat rate of RM5 for every order and shipping for orders above RM200 is free.
We use Pos Malaysia Berhad's Normal Domestic Parcel Post as our standard method of delivery. However, from time to time we may also use Poslaju at our discretion.
At this moment we only ship to anywhere within Malaysia.
Returns
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note including your name, address, email address, reason for return and a request for either a refund or exchange. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive to us within 14 days after the order was delivered to recipient, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Fashionista Mom and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered or personalized merchandise, nor items that were purchased on sale.
Please email us if you’d like to make a return, and we’ll provide you with a return number and address for shipment.Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items.
